    This can be extremely helpful in cases of:

    • High risk clients (Dementia)

    • High risk clients (Mental Health)

    • Palliative care patients

    • 1 on 1 watches

    • New patient facility orientation

    In a lot of cases this may include an RN assessment depending on the needs of the client.
